Four-run win for Secunderabad PS

HYDERABAD: Secunderabad Public School registered a four-run win over Johnson Grammar School in the 8th Independence Cup inter-school cricket tournament here on Thursday.

The scores: Secunderabad PS 135 for six (Albert 48) bt Johnson Grammar school (ICSE branch) 131 for nine (Ramesh four for 24).

St. Josephs PS (King Koti) 71 lost to Hyderabad Public School (R) 73 for seven.

St. Peter Model HS 81 (Shanti Bhushan four for ten) lost to Gowtham Model HS 82 for nine (Vamshiram 52 not out).
