GUWAHATI, APRIL 7. Suspected militants of the Karbi Longri National Liberation Front (KLNLF) abducted Sandip Sadotia, one of the proprietors of the Jagadamba tea estate in central Assam's Nagaon district, from his bungalow last night.

Police said that an eight member KLNLF group wearing battle fatigues entered Mr. Sadotia's bungalow inside the 500-hectare tea estate near Kaziranga National Park under the Bagori police outpost and abducted him at gunpoint.
