MUMBAI, FEB. 16. Tata Motors would deploy Siebel Systems Inc's customer relations management (CRM) suite across its 250 dealers network this year. ``The Siebel CRM solution `Siebel Automotive' would enable Tata Motors to gather feedback on products and improve design or manufacturing quality and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs,'' Siebel Systems said in a release here today.
The new system will facilitate coordination between Tata and its dealers; thus enabling Tata to track each vehicle throughout its lifecycle, it added.
