CHENNAI, FEB. 7. Aided by the city police, the Andhra Pradesh police today arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in the murder of a panchayat president in the State. According to police, a gang sometime ago murdered Gangadhar Reddy, the panchayat president of Pichatoor in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The Chittoor police had arrested Senthil of Ernavur and Ramkumar of Tiruvottiyur, in connection with the murder and were looking for their accomplices. The team with the help of the Tirumangalam police arrested Raju and Senguttuvan of Tiruvelleeswarar Nagar in Tirumangalam area, who were part of the gang led by Senthil.
