Court clears AGM of BCCI
NEW DELHI,
JAN. 10.
In a major relief to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Supreme Court today cleared the decks for holding the incomplete annual general meeting of September 29 that elected Ranbir Singh Mahendra president of BCCI and other office-bearers of the Board. But in a reversal for Jagmohan Dalmiya, the Court stayed his election as Patron-in-Chief of the Board.
