Pakistan offers relief

ISLAMABAD, DEC. 29. The Pakistan Prime Minister, Shaukat Aziz, today telephoned the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, to express sympathy over the devastation caused by the tsunami in India and offered to send relief supplies.

According to local television channels, in the course of the 15-minute conversation, Mr. Aziz offered all possible assistance from Pakistan to ameliorate the sufferings of those affected. Dr. Singh thanked Pakistan for the support.
