CHENNAI, DEC. 8. Integral Coach Factory (ICF) will clash with Indian Bank in the first semifinal of the Indian Oil State ranking football tournament at the Nehru Stadium here on Thursday. In the other semifinal on Friday, super league champion Madras Sporting Union will meet AGORC. The final will be on January 12 (Sunday). League winner and favourite ICF tops Group `A' with seven points, from two wins and a draw. Behind ICF is MSU (5 pts) with two draws and a win. AGORC pipped Indian Bank to top Group `B'. With the goal difference between Indian Bank and AG's being the same (plus 3), AG's was declared the topper as it defeated the bank team in the group match. Though Chennai Customs also has six points, its goal difference of plus 2 pulled it down to the third position.
