Naga Gowtham is Mr. Andhra University

VISAKHAPATNAM, NOV. 21. T. Naga Gowtham of Sir C.R.R. College, Eluru, was adjudged Mr. Andhra University in the AU inter-collegiate best physique competition. Pydah College, Visakhapatnam won the team championship.
