Unbeaten century by Keertana

ANNAVARAM (A.P.), OCT. 11. An unbeaten century by Keertana Mahendra (170 not out, 23x4) helped defending champion Hyderabad trounce Vizianagaram by 279 runs and enter the quarterfinal of the Andhra Pradesh senior inter-district women's cricket tournament being held here.

The scores:

Krishna 97 for five lost to Ranga Reddy 99 for one (Swetha 53 not out). Hyderabad 283 for no loss (M. Shalini 72 not out, Keertana Mahendra 170 not out) bt Vizianagaram four all out in seven overs (Kamakshi four for 0, Aruna four for 1). Warangal 127 bt Mahabubnagar 62.West Godavari 161 for two (Lavanya 45 not out) bt Nellore 77 (Devi four for nine).Kurnool 85 lost to Chittoor 86 for five. Ananthapur 153 for no loss (Dhanalakshmi 85 not out) bt East Godavari 86 for nine (Dhanalakshmi four for 9).
