Delhi Blues advances

NEW DELHI, OCT. 1. Delhi Blues defeated Goswami Ganesh Dutt Club by six wickets to enter the quarterfinals of the N. N. Mohan Memorial cricket tournament at the Mohan Meakin ground at Ghaziabad.

The scores: Goswami Ganesh Dutt Club 206 for nine in 45 overs (Amba Prasad 49, Brijesh Rai 41) lost to Delhi Blues 210 for four in 38 overs (Sanjeev Mishra 56 not out).
