Verma hits century
BANGALORE,
OCT. 1.
Amit Verma's 157 (208b, 26x4, 2x6) helped Bangalore Zone gain a 215-run first innings lead over Mysore Zone in a KSCA Inter-Zonal under-19 tournament final at the RSI Ground here on Friday. Bangalore Zone declared its first innings at 361 for eight and at close Mysore Zone was 177 for two in its second innings.

Mysore Zone 146 in 43.4 overs and 177 for two in 51 overs (Sunil Kumar Jain 63, Cheluvaraj 50) vs Bangalore Zone 361 for eight declared (Amit Verma 157, S. Vinod 86, Nauman Irfan 42, M.R. Darshan four for 124).
