BANGALORE, OCT 1. Tamil Nadu boys and girls had a good outing in the 31st junior National kabaddi championship at the Patel Veerappa stadium, Amrutha Halli near here, today. While TN boys downed Chattisgarh 69-12 the girls team was equally emphatic winning by the same scoreline 69-12 against Uttaranchal, both in Pool F. The results: Boys: Pool A: Rajasthan bt Assam 38-12 (15-6); Pondicherry bt Bengal 45-18 (16-8); Pondicherry bt Assam 47-14 (24-7). Pool B: MP bt Uttaranchal 42-19 (16-4); Delhi bt Uttaranchal 58-16 (23-5). Pool F: TN bt Chattisgarh 69-12 (22-10). Girls: Pool A: Maharashtra bt Chattisgarh 55-22 (29-10); Hyderabad bt HP 68-25 (43-8). Pool B: MP bt Assam 53-15 (28-7). Pool C: Punjab bt UP 42-26 (20-14); Gujarat bt Pondicherry 39-32 (18-14). Pool D: Karnataka bt Orissa 37-19 (12-8). Pool E: Bihar bt Chandigarh 57-11 (26-6).
