NEW DELHI, OCT. 1. India has been seeded No. 2 and drawn to host China in the first round of the Asia-Oceania group `I' Davis Cup tie from March 4 to 6. As per the draw made in Madrid on Thursday, the winner of the India vs China match will take on the winner of the match between Uzbekistan and Indonesia. The second round tie has been slated for April 29 to May 1. In the other two matches in the zone, the top-seeded Thailand will play Pakistan in Pakistan, while Japan will take on Chinese Taipei. Two of the eight teams from the zone will qualify for the World Group play-off. India had lost to Japan 2-3 in the second round this year. Meanwhile, the World Group draw was, Spain vs Slovak Republic; Switzerland vs the Netherlands; Australia vs Austria; Argentina vs Czech Republic; Chile vs Russia; Sweden vs France; Russia vs Belarus and Croatia vs U.S.
