Generally cloudy

The sky will be generally cloudy on Tuesday. There could a spell of light rain, according to the weather forecast.

On Monday, the City recorded a maximum temperature of 26.9 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 20.2 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 65 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was recorded at 26.8 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was recorded at 19.3 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 64 per cent.


A programme, exclusively for women, on the methodology and techniques of preparation for the Civil Services Examination 2005, will be conducted at 10 a.m. on October 3 at the Jasma Careers Degree College for Women, Jasma Bhavan, Off Queen's Road. Yoga classes

The Centre for Human Resource Development has organised an all India General Knowledge examination for students studying in 6th and 7th standards (Junior level), 8th, 9th and 10th standards (Advanced Level) in December.
