Sir, — The Left parties had no compunction in accepting a person of foreign origin as the head of government. But they oppose foreigners as advisers in a consultative committee.

Sir, — It is the Left's presence that makes the UPA progressive. It seems that the Congress with feudal and capitalist moorings is bent upon using the Hindutva threat to ward off pressure from progressive parties.
