GHSS (Ganapathy) advances

COIMBATORE, AUG. 7. Government HSS (Ganapathy) scored a hard-fought 25-17, 25-19 win over M.S.S. Devasthanam (Vadavalli) in a preliminary round match of the 15th TeXvel Cup volleyball tournament organised by the TeXvel Sports Club here on Saturday.

In other matches Government HS (Chennanur) defeated Jayendra Saraswathi MHSS 25-14, 25-9 and VCV GHSS (Vellakinar) humbled Government HSS (SS Kulam), 25-12, 25-12.
