PJR's charge against IMAX
By Our Staff Reporter
HYDERABAD,
JUNE 30.
P. Janardhana Reddy, Congress MLA, has urged the Government to initiate action as per law against all the `illegal/unauthorised' constructions made by the owners of the IMAX complex.
In a letter to the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, he alleged that the owners, Prasad Productions, had not obtained the mandatory permission from the Government for use of the land, lay-out permission from the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority, the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad and other clearances from the departments concerned.
Mr. Reddy alleged that the then Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, had allowed Prasad Productions to construct the complex, flouting building by-laws.
