CHENNAI, MAY 19. Five days after setting up the Voters Registration Cell, the Chennai Corporation has received only around 150 complaints so far, said the Commissioner, M.P. Vijayakumar.
The cell was set up to look into the grievances of voters who could not exercise their franchise as their names were deleted from the electoral rolls.
Voters may send their complaints in writing, along with personal information and photocopies of Elector's Photo Identification Cards (EPIC) if they have them, to Voters Registration Cell, District Election Branch, C/o District Election Officer and Commissioner of Corporation of Chennai, Ripon Buildings, Chennai - 600003.
