The Bharatiya Janata Party won four seats while three seats had gone to the Rashtriya Lok Dal.
The Rashtriya Kranti Party and the Samajwadi Janata Party candidates won one seat each while two seats went to independents.
Counting will take place tomorrow for two seats in Mathura district.
The elections have come as a severe jolt to the BJP which had won 22 seats in the last elections when 11 seats had gone to the SP.
Among important winners was the independent candidate, Akshay Pratap Singh, who contested the elections from jail with the support of the Samajwadi Party from Pratapgarh.
