Letters to the Editor
Sir, The three-member panel of former Madras High Court judges upholding the dismissal of 587 Government employees in Chennai (Nov. 18), including 530 Secretariat staff, and the State Government issuing a GO accepting the findings of the panel, have come as a rude shock. Their cases can be reviewed, at least on humanitarian grounds, taking into consideration the inevitable suffering that the affected and their families would undergo.
