Minister's kin kidnapped

PATNA July 24. A schoolboy, Siddhant Parmar (7), the nephew of the Sugarcane Minister, Raghvendra Pratap Singh, was kidnapped early this morning by three armed motorcycle-borne men. Siddhant was taken away while waiting for the school bus, alongwith his brother, Shantanu, and grandfather, near Jagdeo Path on Bailey Road.
