Farm policy

Sir, — The Centre's policies on rural agriculture sector and urban industrial sector are contradictory. This has resulted in an imbalance between the two. Urban industrial sector is thriving while rural agriculture sector is sinking, resulting in a massive influx of population from the countryside to towns.
