Bombay Dyeing pact with Citibank

CHENNAI: Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that pursuant to the Reserve Bank of India's two way fungibilty of ADRs/GDRs circular, the company has entered into an agreement with Citibank NA, New York, offering the aforesaid facility. The scheme is operational from July 25.
