Syndicate Bank to sell Allianz products

MUMBAI: Syndicate Bank will distribute insurance products of Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance Company (ABLICL). "The bancassurance agreement was formalised today between the insurance company Chairman, Rahul Bajaj, and the State-owned bank's Chairman, Michael Bastian, in Pune," an ABLICL release said here. The bancassurance channel now contributes about 25 per cent of the premium collected by Allianz Bajaj, it said.
