Jenson & Nicholson pact with Judis Moneta

CHENNAI: Jenson & Nicholson India Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Judis Moneta Financial Services Pte. Ltd., an international financial consultancy firm, for the operational and financial restructuring of Jenson & Nicholson India Ltd. in its entirety. Jenson & Nicholson has been facing a financial crisis for almost two years due to high debt structure and continuing to be in the red as a result of high interest burden.
