Nikhil Adhesives pact with Mafatlal Dyes

MUMBAI: Nikhil Adhesives is to acquire synthetic resin dispersion emulsion business of Mafatlal Dyes and Chemicals for Rs. 2.69 crores. As per the memorandum of understanding signed between the two entities, Nikhil would acquire the plant and machinery, goodwill, trademarks, technical know-how and inventories attached to this business, the company informed the BSE.
