Roshni moves into new premises

HYDERABAD July 13. ` Roshni,' a centre for the depressed and those with suicidal tendencies, moved into its new premises in Sindhi Colony here on Sunday.

The premises was inaugurated by its sponsor, K. Anji Reddy, Chairman of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. The director of Roshni, Tinky Bharadwaj, said the centre was receiving over a dozen telephone calls everyday, apart from snail mail. Soon, Roshni would be accessible on e-mail, she said.

Special attention was being paid to problems of school children, especially examination fear. Roshni is located in Kalavathi Nivas, behind Pens `n' Pads in Sindhi Colony, off S.P. Road in Secunderabad. Its telephone number is 55202000. The centre is open Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
