Jammu & Kashmir
By Our Staff Reporter
During a press conference on Saturday he charged that a dental chair and a short-wave physiotherapy unit had been shifted from the Srinagar Dental Hospital and the SKIMS and that the patients were suffering on account of this. He said that the Mufti owed an explanation why he had "misused" his official position and even deployed a SKIMS physiotherapist at his residence. But later Mr. Abdullah clarified that it was for another family member of the Mufti for whom the equipment had been shifted and not for his mother who had actually passed away in 1992.
