RPI protest over advertisement

MUMBAI JULY 13. The Republican Party of India today staged demonstrations and blocked roads in various parts of the city to protest against the alleged use of the Buddha's picture by a private company for propagating ayurvedic sex stimulant pill.The RPI activists later submitted a memorandum to the police demanding action against the company.

Trouble broke out in Pune and parts of Maharashtra on Saturday following the publication of the pamphlet in a newspaper depicting the Buddha wearing a suit in an advertisement of a sex pill.
