It was Zabaleta's second ATP title five years after his first at Bogota and he became the first Argentine to win the 56-year-old Swedish Open. "But this one is bigger, this is different. I'm really happy," said Zabaleta, who hugged his coach in the stands, then ran a lap of honor, tossing his baseball cap, shirt and even his shoes to the crowd. "To win here in Bastad feels so good ... this tournament is unbelievable, so good." The fifth-seeded Argentine broke No. 6 Lapentti to lead 3-1 in the first set, then again for 5-4 in the second. Zabaleta had knocked out defending champion Carlos Moya 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the semifinals on Saturday, while Ecuador's Lapentti toppled second-seeded Tommy Robredo 6-4, 6-2. AP
