Jailed teacher hospitalised

VELLORE July 10. C. Sekhar, headmaster, Panchayat Union Middle School at Puduppadi in Arcot taluk and the State headquarters committee member, JACTTEO-GEO, who was arrested last week, was admitted to the Government Vellore Medical College Hospital here today as he developed chest pain.

He was held under the Tamil Nadu Essential Services Maintenance Act and lodged in the central prison here for participation in the Statewide strike.
