NEW YORK: A former projectionist at the White House has revealed the favourite films of various U.S. Presidents from George W. Bush and his predecessor Bill Clinton to John F. Kennedy and Jimmy Carter. Speaking to the British news channel Sky News, Paul Fischer said that war movies such as Black Hawk Down and Saving Private Ryan found favour with Mr. Bush, the current occupant of the Oval Office. It was High Noon for Mr. Clinton and Spartacus for JFK. The first film Mr. Carter watched as a President was All the President's Men, which interestingly detailed the downfall of his predecessor, Richard Nixon. Apparently Mr. Carter watched a total of 580 films in the White House, more than any other President. ANI
