Andhra Pradesh-Hyderabad
T. Stanley Babu, SCR General Manager, told a press conference here on Monday that work on the second phase of MMTS linking Secunderabad, Kachiguda and Falaknuma areas had already begun. At the pace of work "we are hopeful that it will be completed by November 1.'' He said when the launch of the first phase of MMTS on August 10 there would be some minor changes in the running of some trains. Already three or four rakes required for the MMTS first phase were ready at the Integral Coach Factory, Perambur. The rest would be available in time for the launch. Mr. Stanley Babu said that already a group of State Government officials and the MCH had inspected the rakes.
