Youth held at PM's house

NEW DELHI JUNE 30. A youth, Moti Lal Saini, was detained today after he allegedly attempted to ``enter'' into the premises of the residence of the Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, from the back gate at around 1.30 p.m., police sources said.
