Sir, When the United States declared a war against Iraq, India took the stand that the war was unjust and unwarranted. Parliament also expressed its disapproval of the American action. Now, will it not be incompatible with India's stand if it sends its troops to Iraq in response to a request from the U.S.? R. Shanmuganathan, Madurai, T.N.
