Wipro Infotech launches new products

BANGALORE: Wipro Infotech has launched Wipro eHelpline, a web based call management software, and Wipro eAsset, an IT asset management tool. These tools would enable customers in areas such as problem tracking, online self service, managing desktops and servers.
