Air India pilots' plea dismissed

Mumbai June 7. The Bombay High Court on Friday disposed of a petition challenging the suspension of Air India pilots who had refused to operate flights to SARS-affected countries last month.

A Division Bench, comprising Justice R.M. Lodha and Justice A.S. Augiar, while disposing of a petition, directed the petitioners, Indian Pilots' Guild to represent their case before the Air India management.
