Letters to the Editor
Sir, The VHP leader, Praveen Togadia's tirade against the Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, for initiating the peace process with Pakistan is highly condemnable. When the whole world has welcomed the move, Mr. Togadia is preaching violence. It is highly disheartening that he is distributing tridents. Mr. Togadia's dangerous press statements and contagious public speeches might do more harm to the country and its unity than Pakistan's proxy war. So, it is time Mr. Togadia realised his responsibilities as a faithful citizen.
