Colour Chem open offer for VDCL

MUMBAI: Colour Chem and associates have made an open offer to the shareholders of Vanavil Dyes and Chemicals (VDCL) to acquire 9.86 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each at Rs. 45.90 per share, subject to regulatory approvals. The offer for 20 per cent stake in VDCL will open on June 16 and close on July 15, HSBC Capital Markets India, manager to the offer, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
