Purulia: notice to Centre

NEW DELHI APRIL 22. The Delhi High Court today issued contempt of court notices to the Union Government, the Union Home Secretary and the Joint Secretary (Judicial) in the Union Ministry of Home Affairs for not fulfilling an undertaking given to it in the Purulia arms drop case.

Justice S.K. Aggarwal issued the notices, returnable on July 7, on a civil contempt application filed by Deepak Kumar Prahladka, a Kolkata-based social activist.
