127 firms registered in March

Bangalore April 22. The Registrar of Companies today said 127 companies were registered in the State in March this year with an authorised capital of Rs. 22.19 crore. Of the 127 companies, 121 were private limited companies with a capital of Rs. 19.79 crore and five were public limited companies with a capital of Rs. 2.4 crore.
