The report said China was followed by Taiwan and Korea with six cases each and Singapore with four cases. The report, released by the Commerce and Industry Minister, Arun Jaitley, said as many as 153 investigations have been initiated since the DGAD was set up in 1992. Final findings have been issued in 117 cases and preliminary in 18 cases till March this year, it says. In regard to anti-dumping and subsidy cases against India, the report says 82 anti-dumping cases had been initiated against Indian exports. The highest number continues to be by the European Union followed by the U.S., South Africa and Indonesia. Out of the 32 anti-subsidy cases initiated against India, the EU accounted for 44 per cent of cases followed by the U.S. and South Africa with 19 per cent each. The report also says that the highest number of anti-dumping cases continued to be on engineering products
