Ban on DSQ Biotech

MUMBAI APRIL 22 . The Securities and Exchange Board of India banned DSQ Biotech, its main promoter Dinesh Dalmia and Pillaiyar Pattiyar Textiles, a group company of DSQ Biotech from accessing the capital markets or dealing in securities for five years with immediate effect. The capital market regulator issued this order "for their role in the price manipulation of the scrip of DSQ Biotech,'' stated a press release issued here today by SEBI.

The SEBI also banned BKG Management Services, Hemangi Vinimoy Pvt. Ltd., Glix Merchants Pvt. Ltd, Olypab Commercial Pvt. Ltd. from dealing in securities for two years for their involvement in the price manipulation of the scrip of DSQ Biotech.
