Letters to the Editor
Sir, The Opposition in the Lok Sabha, on Monday, suggested evolving a "code of conduct" for Chief Ministers. Last year, a "code of conduct" was formulated for MPs in the House. Do MPs abide by it? The formulation of a code of conduct is not the panacea. Our leaders will have to improve their way of functioning.
