Will the child prove lucky?

BUENOS AIRES: Former Argentinean President Carlos Menem and his Chilean beauty queen wife Cecilia Bolocco are expecting a child, he confirmed on Wednesday. "Yes! yes!" he responded when asked about reports that his wife was pregnant. "We have a due date for December." The 72-year-old leader and Bolocco, a 37-year-old television personality, were married in May 2001. Mr. Menem, who served two terms from 1989-1999, is attempting a comeback as one of five presidential candidates competing in elections scheduled for April 27.
