KOLKATA APRIL 11 . Top seeded Vinod Sridhar of Tamil Nadu lined himself for a double crown winning his doubles title while progressing to the singles final here in the Central Excise Open grasscourt tennis on Friday. As the top seeds Sridhar partnered with Statemate Kamala Kannan in the doubles beating the local pair and second seeded Saurav Panja and Vinod Sewa in straight sets in the final.

Before annexing the doubles title, Sridhar got the better of Andhra Pradesh opponent Anjan Viplav in the singles semifinal, which was stretched to the decider.
