WELLINGTON: Indian actress Nandita Das, best known for her roles in film festival favourites Fire and Earth, is in New Zealand for the filming of a short film Fleeting Beauty. Produced by Auckland University lecturers Sarina Pearson and Shuchi Kothari who also wrote the script Fleeting Beauty is the story of a recent Indian immigrant to New Zealand (Nandita Das) and her white lover (Will Wallace). "I've always been a big fan of Nandita and I wrote the script with her in mind," Kothari said in a statement.
