Voter ID card programme from tomorrow

HYDERABAD April 7. The Electors Photo Identity Card programme will commence in the city from April 9.

As per the rescheduled programme, the Maharajgunj Assembly constituency will be covered on April 9 and 10, Asifnagar April 12 and 13, Charminar April 15 to 17, Yakutpura April 19 and 20, Musheeerabad April 21 to 23 and Secunderabad April 24 and 25.

The schedule for the remaining Assembly constituencies will be intimated in due course of time, according to a press release. The MCH has made arrangements for distribution of EPIC-001 form to residual electors duly giving the location of DPL centres. Those who do not have cards and whose names figure in the electoral rolls as on January 6, 2003 are requested to avail the opportunity.
