New train to Bhubaneswar

BANGALORE APRIL 6. A new weekly train service has been introduced between Bangalore and Bhubaneswar. Train No. 8416 Yaswantpur-Bhubaneshwar Express will leave from Yaswantpur station at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesdays and reach Bhubaneswar at noon on Wednesdays. The service will begin from April 8.

Train No. 8415 Bhubaneshwar-Yaswantpur Express will leave Bhubaneshwar at 6.40 a.m. on Sundays and arrive at Yaswantpur at noon on Mondays. The train will run via Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Renigunta, Gudur, Vijayawada, Rajamundry, Visakapatnam, Srikakulam Road, Berhampur and Khurda Road.

The trains will have one AC II-tier coach, one AC III-tier coach, 10 III-tier sleeper coaches and four general coaches, according to a press release by South Western Railway.
