Joint Investment buys stake in Goetze

CHENNAI: Goetze India has informed BSE that Joint Investments Pvt Ltd. has acquired 68.80 lakh equity shares of the company on February 10, being 27.21 per cent of the total paid up capital of the company from Escorts as Inter se transfer among promoters/persons in control/ persons acting in concert.
